The hotel is offering a group rate of $194, exclusive of taxes which are currently 15.25% and are subject to change. The rate is based on availability within the group room block; the room block cut-off date is 21-Aug. The group rate will be extended three days before and after the room block dates of 10-Sept through 15-Sept, if rooms are available. Rate includes complimentary internet access and complimentary access to the YMCA which is attached to the hotel. There are no mandatory hotel fees. Discounted self parking is available at $13/night and overnight valet parking is available at $25/night.

Hotel Reservation, Cancellation and Early Departure Policies
Guests may change their arrival date, length of stay or cancel a reservation entirely up to 72 hours before check in without penalty.
Individuals who cancel a reservation less than 72 hours before check in, or who fail to claim a reservation (No-Show), will be charged one night's room and tax. Individuals who change their arrival date less than 72 hours before check in may be charged for their previously reserved first night at the discretion of the hotel. This charge will be posted to the individual guest credit card provided to guarantee the room reservation.
The Hilton Charlotte charges an Early Departure Fee of one night's room and tax for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date. To avoid the early departure fee, notify the hotel before or at the time of arrival to changes to planned departure date.
