Registration

 

Any individual who attends any part of this interim meeting must register and pay a meeting fee. Meeting registration is not transferable. Registration and meeting fee options are as follow:

 
Early Registration (Before 11:59pm CDT Friday, August 11, 2017)
  • $400 US for attendees staying at Hilton Charlotte Center City (HCCC)*
  • $575 US for local commuter attendees with proof of residency (no hotel stay required)**
  • $675 US for all other attendees (those not registered at HCCC)

Late/Onsite Registration (After 11:59pm CDT Friday, August 11, 2017)
  • $625 US for attendees staying at Hilton Charlotte Center City (HCCC)*
  • $825 US for all other attendees (those not registered at HCCC)

 

The combined hotel room stays of 802.3 attendees, along with the meeting fees, pay for meeting rooms, AV equipment, network/Internet services, power hook-ups for laptop computers, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments, and meeting services and supplies. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Hilton Charlotte Center City must pay a higher meeting fee than attendees staying at the meeting hotel. The correct meeting fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled sessions.

 

* Please note: To qualify as an HCCC guest, you must stay at Hilton Charlotte Center City (HCCC) for your entire length of stay in Charlotte. Contact the meeting planner with any questions about the registration terms, or if you need assistance booking your stay.

 

** To qualify as a local commuter, you must reside within 25 miles of downtown Charlotte.

Cancellation Policy

If you register for this meeting and then are unable to attend, please contact Registration Services via email. You must request cancellation of your registration no later than 5pm EDT on Friday September 1, 2017 to receive a refund of your meeting fee.

 

 

Visa Invitation Letters

If you require an invitation letter for a visa application to attend this meeting, please register and then contact Registration Services via email. Please provide your professional title (e.g. "engineer"). Letters will not be issued after August 28, 2017. Registration must be paid in full with valid payment and a confirmed hotel reservation made at the Hilton Charlotte Center City before a Visa letter will be issued.
