Please reference your booth number in all of your exhibit correspondence, orders and shipping.  This will help us to best serve you and assist with all your exhibiting needs.

Exhibit Location and Hours
All exhibits will be located in a section of the Mile High Ballroom.  Exhibitor Check-in will be in the Pre-Function area of the Ballroom.   
 
While attendees will have the option to visit you at any time throughout the day, we do designate set times strictly for visiting the Exhibit Hall to drive attendee traffic to the exhibit hall. 
 
To assist you in planning ahead, the following will outline Key conference events and exhibit Hall hours that you will want to ensure exhibit-space coverage:

So that you receive exposure and attendee interaction, we strongly suggest that you do not tear down your exhibit until the last event concludes.  Preliminary tear-down discourages attendee participation and is disruptive to your nearby exhibitors.

OPT-IN LIST
You will receive our attendee opt-in list ten (10) days prior to the conference as well as post conference. 
 
INTRODUCE A SPEAKER       
You will have the opportunity to introducing one of our Breakout Session Speakers on Wednesday June 5th or Thursday June 6th.  Please reference the conference website at RMISC 2019 Conference Agenda to review options. These will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis.  Please advise us of your first choice as soon as possible.

Forward your company bio (not to exceed 150 words) for use in the printed conference program no later than Wednesday May 8, 2019
 
VENDOR TRACK SESSION
Your sponsorship INCLUDES a One 1-hour vendor session offered concurrently to the official conference workshops.  This will take place on either Wednesday June 5, 2019 or Thursday June 6, 2019 and will be promoted and marketed as part of the conference program alongside all other activities.  Classroom and basic AV (screen, projector, microphone) will be provided.

DOOR PRIZES

We support our exhibitors by encouraging attendees to visit you.  

What drives the attendees to participate are the prizes!  If you are able to donate a prize to the conference for this purpose, we draw randomly from the attendees eligible for submission on Thursday June 6th at the Reception.

As a reminder, these prizes are offered only to qualifying attendees in conjunction to main conference prize drawing.  Should you wish to have a booth prize instead of or in addition to, that is allowed.  Should you opt to do a booth specific giveaway, the conference will not announce those or the winners.  Announcing and coordinating prize distribution will be your responsibility.

SECURITY
 
RMISC provides peripheral security guard service overnight at the close of activities from Tuesday June 4th through the opening each day through Thursday June 6th.   RMISC does not guarantee the safety of any item and is not responsible for any losses. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to protect his/her materials from loss or damage. Exhibitors may contract for additional security service for their booth.
