Completion of this commitment form does not constitute an individual registration for the conference. Discount codes to obtain complimentary registrations for staff and other individuals will be sent once attendee registration is open and your booth/sponsorship payment has been received.

Payment Terms
Package payments can be made online with a credit card, or by check.
If you select Payment by Check, you will be allowed to submit the sponsorship commitment with a balance due. Upon submission, you will receive an email invoice and confirmation that can be submitted for payment processing.
Payments for packages at Early Bird prices are due no later than December 31, 2019. For all regularly priced packages, payments are due within 30 days of the submission depending on the date of commitment. If you are signing up within 30 days of the conference, all payments will be due no later than Monday, June 1, 2020.
Past due payments may result in cancellation of sponsorship. All payments must be received in full in order to receive conference credentials required to move in and attend the conference.
