Because of today's rapidly evolving business models and landscapes, the expansion of our technical ecosystem introduce both unprecedented opportunities and considerable cybersecurity and governance challenges. Current economic conditions put additional pressures on cybersecurity leaders to determine how to best balance supporting business requirements and the budget for our cybersecurity programs. Budget planning plays a critical role in determining our company's resilience; however, a struggling budget could be met with not understanding the true risks (e.g. legacy software and products or an inadequate infrastructure to support the business).
