EMC+SIPI 2020 Fee Structure

ADVANCE REGISTRATION

Payment must be received in full by 27 May 2020 to receive the Advanced rates. 


PAYMENT

Payment is due upon submission of your registration.

  • Payment can be made by: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card)

  • Check (in USD) made out to IEEE EMC+SIPI 2020, and mailed within 2 weeks. 

  • Wire Transfer (Note: Banks usually charge a fee for wire transfers. This fee is the responsibility of the registrant.) 

  • Invoice (Government Purchase Order) 

Payments by credit card will be charged immediately upon submission of registration. Checks and Wire Transfers must be received within two weeks of the registration date. You may pay for Companion Club registration along with your own registration, or via a separate credit card. If you need to pay for tours and social events separately, select “Check” as your payment method and then contact Registration Services at the number on your email confirmation. 

 
GOVERNMENT PAYMENT CARD OR PURCHASE ORDERS
If your registration must be paid for by a Purchasing Office Credit Card or Check, we suggest you register online and select "Invoice" as your payment method. Provide your Purchasing Office or agent with your confirmation # and they can contact Registration Services at the number on your confirmation to make payment or mail a check to the address on the invoice. Payment must be received within 2 weeks.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

A Certificate of Participation may be used to officially document attendance at the Symposium. A personalized certificate is  available free of charge to all registered Symposium attendees and participants. Please visit the Registration Desk to verify your name and affiliation and to pick up your certificate. If you have any questions, please email: emc@iplanitmeetings.com

AUTHORS

Symposium registration (Member or Non-Member) is required by at least one author, or the speaker. Failing to meet this requirement will result in the paper not being published or presented – no exceptions. Your registration confirmation number will be needed for the final paper submittal.

Your EMC Society membership must be in good standing and paid in full for 2020. Have your member number and current member grade ready when registering. EMC-S HONORED AWARD MEMBER

This is a special category as awarded by the EMC-S Board of Directors.

IEEE LIFE MEMBER

There is a further rate reduction for Life members. IEEE Life Membership is automatically bestowed upon an active IEEE member based on age and years of membership.  

EMC-S RETIRED OR UNEMPLOYED

You must be an EMC Society member; this rate is only available online. Have your last place of employment and the date of retirement or unemployment ready when registering.

FULL-TIME STUDENTS

Special rates for EMC Society members, IEEE members and nonmembers. You must be enrolled in a full-time course of study at a college or university to register in the student categories. Student registrations do NOT include a Welcome Reception or Gala event ticket. Have your college ID number, and advisor’s name and email ready when registering.
