He advises clients on highly regulated technology deals such as critical infrastructure, with an emphasis on security risk allocation and operational readiness. Alex regularly negotiates customer- and vendor-side DPAs and works with advertising and marketing organizations to deploy data-tracking technologies in compliance with privacy and security requirements. He now advises clients on AI, leveraging deep knowledge of security and privacy risks.
