Organizations are being told to become “AI-powered.” Leadership wants AI. The Board wants AI. Vendors promise AI. What often gets missed: turning on AI features can create new legal obligations and real operational costs. This session flips the usual approach. Using three common scenarios (HR automation, AI chatbots, and recommendation engines) we’ll walk through how to evaluate new AI features and translate requirements into clear next steps.
