Andrew Nordick is a Colorado licensed attorney and a Principal Consultant at FarPoint Consulting. He focuses on auditing web-tracking technologies and the underlying client-side mechanisms that drive data collection and transmission. His work centers on risks surfaced by identifying gaps between how tracking systems are represented in privacy disclosures and how they function in practice.

Prior to founding FarPoint Consulting, he ran a law practice focused on intellectual property and data privacy, and later worked at PwC advising organizations on building global data privacy programs and implementing AI governance frameworks. He is also an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
