Daniel Pietragallo currently works as Special Counsel with Buchalter, LLP where he serves as co-chair of the AI Governance Practice Group. He holds an AIGP certification as an artificial intelligence governance professional, a CIPP/US certification in information privacy law, and the distinction of Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Daniel is a former Senior AAG with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and currently focuses his practice on cybersecurity, data privacy, AI governance, and complex litigation. He is an active member of the IAPP, ISSA, and the International Association for Safe and Ethical Artificial Intelligence.
