Erik Dullea leads Husch Blackwell’s AI/Cybersecurity/Privacy practices. Erik leverages his strategic perspective to help clients navigate compliance, risk management, and regulatory challenges. He is IAPP-certified in U.S. privacy law, privacy program management, and AI governance, and holds a certificate in AI Strategy from Cornell University. Erik is a retired Navy Captain and former attorney in the National Security Agency's Office of General Counsel, where he advised on cybersecurity and data privacy. His military and government service–including 10 years as a naval aviator and 20 years as a naval intelligence officer– gives him deep expertise in incident response and risk assessment.
