Aaron spent 4 years in Big 4 public accounting (EY & Deloitte) where he worked on large-scale audit and tax technology engagements. Early in his career, Aaron embraced automation technologies like Alteryx and quickly became a sought after resource to automate manual audit and tax processes for both internal teams and in client-facing roles.

At Capitalize, Aaron works on automation projects across Audit, Tax, Finance, & Accounting, and enjoys seeing others realize the value of learning new skills. He is passionate about helping create technology roadmaps, conducting technology training, and delivery technology solutions that bring benefits to both the organization and individuals who get to use them.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time in the mountains, traveling, and learning new technologies.
