A (slightly irreverent) look at the most important laws, cases, regulations, and legally relevant (or, in some cases, irrelevant) cybersecurity legal issues during the most recent year. This fast-paced, countdown-style presentation will offer a preview of what hot topics are likely to make the news this coming year, and how the law will affect a cybersecurity professional’s daily job.

Speaker Bio(s)
Stephen Black is a law professor at the Texas Tech University School of Law. He has taught at six law schools, two business schools, and the National University of Singapore. He focuses on cyberlaw, entrepreneurship, and tax issues.
