Bio:

Jerod Tarte, Co-Owner and Co-President of NPC Research has been involved in multiple research and evaluation projects for programs serving children and juveniles. Mr. Tarte’s evaluation expertise includes project implementation and management, development of evaluation methodology, report writing, and client engagement. He currently serves as the Co-Principal Investigator for the statewide evaluation of Healthy Families Oregon.
