Bio:

With over 5 years dedicated to youth-focused nonprofits and community engagement, Amanda Royer is passionate about driving impactful changes in child welfare and community outreach. Currently, she serves as the Manager of Brand Marketing and Outreach at Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky (PCAK), leading comprehensive initiatives, ensuring brand integrity, and impactful outreach strategies. Through her role, she oversees the creation and distribution of diverse materials- from toolkits to newsletters to promotional items and annual reports- aimed at both statewide and national audiences. Previously, as PCAK’s Manager of Partner Relations, she built a network of statewide Partners, enhancing recruitment efforts and nurturing existing relationships critical to PCAK’s events. When Amanda is not at PCAK, she serves as a volunteer, mentor, and Board Member for Operation Making A Change, a local violence prevention and intervention program for justice-involved youth in the Lexington-Fayette County area. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership Studies from Murray State University (Shoes Up, Go Racers) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Policy from Missouri State University (Bear Up)! She is an avid reader and hopes to finish 52 books this year!
