Natalie Gordon is the Collaboration Coordinator at Prevent Child Abuse Oregon (PCAO), where they apply their experience in early childhood education systems, policy development, and professional growth strategies. Dedicated to creating sustainable resources and broadening access for human flourishing, Natalie fosters a spirit of collaboration within PCAO's Child Abuse Prevention Collaboration (CAP Collab). Outside of work, Natalie finds creative expression through music on piano and ukulele, enjoys dancing zouk, and values meaningful connections with loved ones.
