Kelly Baxter has over 25 years experience as a nonprofit professional, primarily focused on child welfare issues. A graduate of the Univeristy of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she has spent 8+ years focused on child sexual abuse prevention, including providing CSA prevention training to over 6000 adults in eastern North Carolina.
