(Spanish Presentation) Familias Saludables Puerto Rico is a home visiting program committed to preventing child abuse by providing support and education to families. As the program expands, we have identified key strategies for selecting and integrating new local implementing agencies, optimizing administrative workflows, and strengthening the technical capacity of staff, while maintaining quality and sustainability. This session will share lessons learned and effective practices that can help other organizations navigate the complexities of expanding prevention programs. By focusing on sustainable expansion, we aim to demonstrate that growth does not have to come at the expense of effectiveness. We will discuss how strategic decision-making, and intentional partnerships can drive long-term success. This session aligns with PCAA’s strategic priorities by addressing insights for impacts. By highlighting actionable insights and practical strategies, we aim to inspire a shift in how expansion efforts are viewed and implemented. The insights shared will offer participants a roadmap for overcoming challenges in program growth and improving impact within their communities.
