Building on the "HFA Home Visiting in Action: Fishbowl Part 1" Session, this workshop provides a live and transparent demonstration of HFA's reflective supervision process. Through an Unscripted fishbowl demonstration, participants will witness the HFA reflective process firsthand, seeing different approaches to holding space, navigation the parallel process, and supporting professional growth. After the demonstration, there will be an interactive discussion where participants can ask questions, share insights, and reflect on straggles for deepening there own reflective practice. This open dialogue will foster growth, insight, and self-awareness. This session is perfect for anyone looking to improve their practice and enhance their HFA supervisory skills! Participation in "HFA Home Visiting in Action: Fishbowl Part 1" is recommended but not required.
