This session aligns with "Insights for Impact," sharing how Healthy Families Virginia's Central Administration has undergone a major shift in the way we approach the work of supporting local sites and our lessons learned. In this presentation, we will share how we built our road map for change, used data to make decisions, and embraced a forward-looking perspective. MSS and local site leaders will be invited to explore strategies with us for managing change and the emotions that come with it, tracking data to make informed decisions, and exploring new ideas while remaining flexible enough to respond to new information and a changing environment.
