Kacey French is the Senior Planning Manager for the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks. For nearly 20 years, Kacey has worked in open space planning, helping Boulder protect natural resources while creating thoughtful opportunities for people to enjoy and connect with public lands. Her experience includes systemwide resource management, visitor use planning, regional partnerships, tribal collaboration, and internal strategic planning. Kacey cares deeply about public service and believes the best planning happens through fair, transparent, and inclusive processes.
