I am a Volunteer Services Specialist with Jefferson County Open Space, and I am passionate about volunteerism. In my spare time, I volunteer at Foothills Animal Shelter in Golden. My responsibilities for JCOS include facilitating educational opportunities for our volunteers and coordinating annual recognition and community events. I believe that the key to a successful volunteer program is relationship building, not only with JCOS volunteers, but also with our partners in neighboring counties.
