Kailyn brings a unique perspective to the RRC Associates team with a background in state and local government, parks and recreation, transportation, and social research. Kailyn interprets both qualitative and quantitative data to provide strategic recommendations and policy direction. She has managed a wide range of projects, including parks and recreation studies, community surveys, market analyses, and tourism sentiment research.

In her role as Research Manager at RRC, Kailyn oversees all stages of the research process, from project initiation to survey design, analysis, and reporting. With a background in public service within a parks and recreation department, she is passionate about helping agencies leverage community feedback to develop strategic plans and goals. Kailyn holds a Master of the Environment degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a focus on sustainable planning and management.
