Breana Winters is passionate about outdoor equity and connecting people to nature. She serves as the Associate Director of Community Programs at the High Line Canal Conservancy and engages community members in community-centered trail design, advocacy and stewardship of the 71-mile urban greenway. She is on the board of Wildlands Restoration Volunteers and a member of Coalitions and Collaboratives’ Community Navigator Initiative Advisory Council. Originally from Chicago, she currently lives in Denver with her two cats and enjoys hiking, dancing and karaoke.
