Annie Hill is the Sergeant of the Homeless Outreach and Proactive Engagement (HOPE) Team with fort Collins Police Services. She has served with FCPS for the past 16 years in various assignments such as Patrol, Crimes Against Persons, Neighborhood Engagement Team, and the Mental Health Response Team. Annie additionally is a team leader for the Crisis Negotiations Team and is a Director for Crisis Intervention Training in Northern Colorado. Annie holds a bachelor's degree in Criminology and is a Certified Addictions Counselor. Annie is an outdoor enthusiast and has worked as a professional hiking guide.
