Tori Manogue is the Western Slope Regional Partnership Coordinator for Colorado Parks & Wildlife. She supports the Regional Partnership Initiative (RPI), a network of regionally based coalitions bringing together broad interests to ensure Colorado’s land, water, and wildlife thrive while also providing for equitable and quality outdoor recreation experiences. She earned her Masters from CU Boulder’s Masters of the Environment (MENV) program before moving to Grand Junction in June 2024. She has seven years of experience building relationships, collaborating, and managing projects from her time in consulting prior to graduate school.
