Cancellation Policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable however substitutions may be submitted at no additional cost.

Membership Policy:

All member registration rates are subject to membership verification. Membership status will be verified prior to badge pickup. If a registrant is not current on their membership at the time of verification, their registration rate will be adjusted to the applicable non-member rate. Any resulting balance must be paid in full before a conference badge will be issued. Badges will not be released until all outstanding balances are resolved. Attendees are responsible for ensuring their membership is active at the time of registration and remains active through the conference dates.
