This presentation will cover how a security program should evolve in order to adapt as the business moves from data centers to the cloud and even micro-services. The presentation will cover specific philosophies for each environment, how to evolve the security organization structure inline with the business, how the deployment and use of security controls and technologies will change and how to adapt and drive changes to the culture as the business evolves. This presentation will include real world examples, discuss best practices and pitfalls to avoid.
After this session an attendee will understand how to adapt their security program as the business shifts to a cloud first model, including real world examples, discussion of best practices and examples of pitfalls to avoid to ultimately make their program successful.
