Lain Hensley is the Co-Founder and C.O.O. of Odyssey Teams, Inc.. Hensley graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management and Community and Commercial Recreation. After exploring a variety of work experiences, ranging from managing a fitness club, construction management, and leading an award winning sporting goods sales team, Hensley and business partner Bill John started Odyssey Teams, Inc.. Hensley has been traveling from Poland to Australia and all over the US for the past 19 years. He has been teaching facilitation skills to internal trainers, developing programs for countless regional and global leadership teams, and leading teambuilding and motivational programs for many Fortune 500 companies.

Hensley has been a pioneer in the teambuilding industry by developing some of the most cutting edge programs to date. Hensley has written two facilitation field guides accompanied by a series of structured activities that have been sold around the world. He has also been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine.
