Every public and private organization’s computer systems are vulnerable to cyber-criminals and hackers and the challenges are even greater when your recovery team is your daily operations team. The city had to think out of the box to fast track recovery to a pre ransomware state. Join us as we present on what happened, steps to recovery and lessons learned from our after action review.

Speaker Bio(s)
Margart Brocklander is Director Information Technology for the City of Englewood. She is responsible for strategic direction, leadership, and oversight within the Information Technology organization across all technology and functional domains. 
 
Mr. Siegrist is the Senior Network Engineer for the City of Englewood.  He has more than 2 decades of IT experience serving in a wide variety of capacities.  He enjoys the challenges that government-oriented IT present and has served two communities and many small and large enterprises throughout his career.
