As security professionals, we usually have to deal with resource constraints while trying to keep pace with ever-evolving global threats and compliance challenges. So how do we do more with less? By Doing Less, of course! This session explores the concept of "Doing Less" -- being vigorously selective on what we focus our teams on in order to achieve performance great security outcomes -- will be explored and several practical steps will be shared on how to get started Doing Less in order to actually accomplish more over the long run and win security.

Learning Objectives:
Objective 1: Present the concept of doing less as a meaningful approach to better securing organizations.
Objective 2: Present practical steps that participants can take to Do Less and still drive higher performance from their security teams. Objective 3: Discuss a few case studies where the presenter has Done Less and actually achieved more.

Ben Mayrides is Chief Information Security Officer at Cvent, the global leader in meeting and event technology solutions and cloud software. Outside of work, Ben likes to give back.
