Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing to PCAA@iplanitmeetings.com.
Cancellation requests made on or before July 21, 2023 will be refunded in full, less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests postmarked between July 21 and August 14, 2023 will be charged a $200 administrative fee.
Refunds will not be made for cancellations made after August 14, 2023 or for participants who register but do not attend.

Substitutions

If you are not able to attend, you may send a substitute from your agency for a $25.00 substitution charge.

Substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to PCAA@iplanitmeetings.com by August 14, 2023.
