The speaker will share his personal experiences and defining moments as he climbed the 400 person corporate security ladder while at the worlds largest third party credit card processor, over the course of his 16 years at the organization. Throughout this time, the company went through several lay-offs, a leveraged buy-out, had 5 CEOs in 5 years, and the security organization adapted. In addition to being in the right place, at the right time, with the right attitude, the speaker will share advice for those who want to make it to the CISO role.
