CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations cancelled by or prior to March 18, 2018 will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. Guest registrations cancelled by or prior to March 18, 2018 will receive a refund less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations received after March 18, 2018 are non-refundable. Tours are non-refundable but are transferable to another attendee. If you must cancel, please contact Registration Services at registration@cancercon.org ASAP so that someone else may attend in your place. We expect CancerCon registration to sell out; delaying your cancellation may mean that someone else is unable to make the necessary arrangements to attend.
