We’re excited to unveil an all-new concept for the RMISC Welcome Reception! Held at the opening of the Exhibit Hall, this innovative event will feature tasting stations designed to delight attendees and create meaningful engagement opportunities for sponsors.
- If you are already a sponsor: Modify your existing sponsorship and add your station of choice - CLICK HERE
- If you still need to make your sponsorship commitment: You can add your station choice to your sponsorship at the time of sign up.
Take advantage of the ease of our online commitment form or you will have the ability to download a PDF version of a sponsorship agreement for signature and return. Everyone will need to complete the required fields by starting the Sign Up process.

Once the basic information is completed, you will have the option to continue with the online process, upload assets and make payment or generate an invoice with which to process payment.
OR
If you are not authorized to make this commitment online, and/or you need to submit information for approval, you will be able to download a sponsorship agreement. This agreement will need to be signed and returned in order to CONFIRM your sponsorship. Sponsorship is NOT confirmed, therefore space is NOT being held, until we receive the signed agreement.
Payment is required by February 7, 2025, to retain early bird rate.
All payments are due no later than 30 days from the date of submission or confirmation.
Payment for commitments made AFTER April 21, 2025 are due no later than Wednesday May 21, 2025.
For sponsorships with an outstanding balance past due, RMISC may, in its sole discretion, cancel the sponsorship and/or exhibit space. To avoid such action, we strongly suggest contacting Registration Services regarding the status of your payment at rmisc@iplanitmeetings.com.
All payments must be received in full in order to receive conference credentials required to move in and attend the conference.

Completion of a Sponsorship Agreement does not constitute any individual registrations for the conference attendance. Every sponsor representative in attendance at the conference will need to be registered. Discount Codes to obtain complimentary registrations and exhibit hall passes will be sent once attendee registration is open and your sponsorship payment has been received and paid in full.
