Completion of this commitment form does not constitute an individual registration for the conference. Discount codes to obtain complimentary registrations for staff and other individuals will be sent once attendee registration is open and your booth/sponsorship payment has been received.
RMISC JOB FAIR
Tuesday June 11, 2024 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM
Participation in the Job Fair as an employer is $199. This fee includes:
- 6 foot, skirted Exhibit table-top and two chairs in the Job Fair section of the exhibit hall
- Company logo featured anywhere that promotes the hiring companies participating in the job fair to include the conference website, social media posts, onsite signage and the conference mobile app.,
- 2 passes valid for Tuesday's Opening Keynote session at 4:30PM, the job fair and the reception immediately following the Opening Keynote.

Payment required by February 16, 2024 to retain early bird rate.
All payments are due no later than June 3, 2024.
For sponsorships with a balance due past that date, we strongly suggest contacting Registration Services regarding the status of your payment at rmisc@iplanitmeetings.com.
Past due payments may result in cancellation of sponsorship. All payments must be received in full in order to receive conference credentials required to move in and attend the conference.
