RMISC 2026 Exhibit Hall Sponsorships Are Officially Sold Out!


With a record level of participation, all sponsorship opportunities that include exhibit booth space have now been fully reserved.

A limited number of alternate, non-exhibiting sponsorship opportunities may still be available. If your organization is interested in exploring these options, please contact stacey@iplanitmeetings.com.

Payment Terms

All payments are due no later than 30 days from the date of submission or confirmation.  

Payment for commitments made within 30 days of the conference start date, are due no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2026.  

For sponsorships with an outstanding balance past due, RMISC may, in its sole discretion, cancel the sponsorship
and/or exhibit space.  To avoid such action, we strongly suggest contacting Registration Services regarding the
status of your payment at rmisc@iplanitmeetings.com.  

All payments must be received in full in order to receive conference credentials
required to move in and attend the conference.

Completion of a Sponsorship Agreement does not constitute any individual registrations for the conference attendance. Every sponsor representative in attendance at the conference will need to be registered. Discount Codes to obtain complimentary registrations and exhibit hall passes will be sent once attendee registration is open and your sponsorship payment has been received and paid in full.
