RMISC 2026 Sips & Savors Welcome Reception
Back for its second year, Colorado Sips & Savors kicks off RMISC with an unforgettable evening in the Exhibit Hall. Attendees will once again enjoy tasting stations that highlight local food and beverages while creating natural opportunities for networking and conversation.
By hosting a tasting station, your brand becomes part of the experience. Each station is placed at or near your booth, showcasing your company alongside distinctive local flavors and maximizing your visibility with attendees.

All sponsors must complete the required fields by beginning the Sign Up process.

On the first page, you’ll select how you want to complete your sponsorship.
Important: Sponsorship is not confirmed and space is not reserved
until we have the signed agreement on file.
We offer two options to accommodate different company approval processes:
Option 1: Complete and Submit Online
- Enter sponsorship information and selections
- Pay immediately by credit card or generate an invoice for payment
Option 2: I Need an Agreement for Internal Approval
- Enter the required sponsorship information online
- Download the sponsorship agreement to route through your company’s approval process
- Return the signed agreement to confirm your sponsorship

Payment is required by January 30, 2026, to retain early bird rate.
All payments are due no later than 30 days from the date of submission or confirmation.
Payment for commitments made AFTER May 21, 2026 are due no later than Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
For sponsorships with an outstanding balance past due, RMISC may, in its sole discretion, cancel the sponsorship
and/or exhibit space. To avoid such action, we strongly suggest contacting Registration Services regarding the
status of your payment at rmisc@iplanitmeetings.com.
All payments must be received in full in order to receive conference credentials
required to move in and attend the conference.

Completion of a Sponsorship Agreement does not constitute any individual registrations for the conference attendance. Every sponsor representative in attendance at the conference will need to be registered. Discount Codes to obtain complimentary registrations and exhibit hall passes will be sent once attendee registration is open and your sponsorship payment has been received and paid in full.
