W. Noel Haskins-Hafer is the Compliance Technical Senior Manager for Intuit Inc’s Small Business Group. She advises senior leadership on building software that complies with US, international and industry laws, regulations and standards. She has created award-winning audit programs for emerging technologies, created Anti-Money Laundering and fraud management programs, and developed a partner risk assessment methodology. She has represented Intuit at numerous audit industry conferences and was the first industry representative to San Diego State University’s Center for the Teaching of Critical and Creative Thinking.



Noel has an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University. She holds all 4 ISACA certifications as well as CIA, CRMA, and CFE designations.
