Description
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) refers to the use of software robots to automate manual repetitive business processes to increase efficiency, productivity, accuracy, predictability, and scalability while reducing operational risk.  As the usage of RPA expands, so does its risk profile in our organizations.  As auditors, we need to be aware of this technology and understand the unique business and technology risks.  This session will present a case study on what is RPA and how to best audit this emerging technology.
