With increasing investments into IT implementations, effective project risk monitoring is one of the most important functions an enterprise can perform in order to ensure realization of the project’s goals and values. As the complexity of these systems increases, audit functions find themselves looking for more robust solutions to provide timely & effective risk monitoring frameworks. Developing a continual risk monitoring audit framework can enable internal audit departments to act as trusted partners to Business and IT with an effective tool for mitigating project risk, tailored to the enterprise’s environment.

Sri Rajagopal is an Associate Director with Protiviti’s IT Consulting practice, based out of Los Angeles. Sri is also a key member of Protiviti’s west region Financial Services (IT) domain practice in the west region as well as the IT Project, Program and Portfolio Management practice. Sri has over 16 years of experience in IT Program & Risk Management. He has managed a number of large scale systems implementations, process reengineering, IT strategy projects and system implementation audits globally for large multi-national organizations. Sri is a certified PMP and CSM.

Sanjeev Ratti is an Internal Audit Manager with the State Compensation Insurance Fund of California. He has nearly ten years of audit experience and has overseen a variety of audits/projects including those related to IT General Controls, Network Penetration, Phishing Awareness, and systems implementation project assessment.

Chris is Manager within Protiviti's IT Consulting practice and is a member of Protiviti’s Technology, Strategy & Operations team. Certified in Agile project management and IT Audit, he has five years' experience in a variety of solutions including IT Audit, PMO Support, IT Governance & Strategy, SDLC and Business Process Improvement.
