Pay by credit card or generate an invoice for payment.
Option 2: Request an Agreement for Internal Approval

Enter the required sponsorship information and selections online.

Download your sponsorship agreement for internal review and approval.

Return the signed agreement to confirm your sponsorship.
Important: Your sponsorship is not confirmed, and exhibit space is not reserved, until we receive your signed agreement.
Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of submission or confirmation.

For commitments made after April 10, 2027, payment is due by Wednesday, May 5, 2027.

Payment must be received in full before conference credentials can be issued. Credentials are required for exhibitor move-in and conference attendance.
RMISC may, in its sole discretion, cancel sponsorships and/or exhibit space with past-due balances. If you anticipate a payment delay, contact Registration Services at rmisc@iplanitmeetings.com.
Sponsor Representative Registration
Your sponsorship agreement does not register individual representatives. Each representative attending the conference must register separately.
Codes for complimentary registrations and exhibit hall passes will be sent once attendee registration opens and your sponsorship is paid in full.
