Bill Garner is an information security executive with 20 years of experience leading cybersecurity, risk, and technology programs across healthcare and financial services. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Technology at UCHealth, where he led cybersecurity strategy and governance for clinical systems and more than 25,000 connected medical devices. He currently provides advisory and consulting support to organizations focused on cloud security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk.

Previously, Bill served as CISO and Privacy Officer for a regulated medical device company and held CISO leadership roles in financial services, where he built cloud-first security programs and led organizations through complex regulatory and audit requirements, including achieving HITRUST certification. His career began in digital mapping, data, and software development, shaping his practical and business-aligned approach to cybersecurity leadership.
