Connie Matthews Reynolds is the Founder and CEO of ReynCon, a cybersecurity training and consulting firm that builds resilient security cultures. With 25+ years in cybersecurity, she's transformed InfoSec training and workforce development. A dedicated community advocate, Connie has served on Central Ohio ISSA's board for 18 years and sits on ISSA International's board. Her pioneering contributions earned her Verizon's inaugural Ohio Trailblazers Award, finalist recognition for Cyber Security Woman of the World/Volunteer, and a feature in The Women In Security Documentary. She is also a founding/board member of EmpoWE-R Women of InfoSec.
