Chris McLaughlin is a Chief Information Security Officer with more than 25 years of experience spanning industrial control systems (ICS), operational technology (OT), and enterprise IT security. He currently leads cybersecurity for a global manufacturing organization, with a focus on protecting safety‑critical and highly regulated environments.
Chris is a recognized thought leader in industrial cybersecurity, specializing in ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 implementation across complex manufacturing and energy operations. He is Vice Chairman of the ISA Global Cybersecurity Alliance (ISAGCA), a former president of the Denver InfraGard chapter, and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
He is also the author of A CISO’s Guide to OT and hosts podcasts focused on real‑world OT threat landscapes and defensive strategies.
