N.J. Robinson works at the inflection point where technical expertise stops being enough. As an Air Force Veteran, IT leader, and President of Hi-Tech Leadership LLC, he has spent over 20 years helping IT professionals make the leap into leadership and guiding emerging leaders on the path to executive influence.
His keynotes, breakouts, and workshops give leaders practical frameworks for communicating influence, navigating ambiguity, and building teams that execute under pressure. He does not teach generic leadership — he addresses the identity shift that determines whether smart, capable people actually advance.
N.J. serves on HDI’s Conference Advisory Board and provides career mentorship to underserved professionals across the United States. He holds an MBA from George Washington University and maintains PMP, Security+, and ITIL certifications. He is a proud husband to his high-school sweetheart and the father of four sons.
