This session will provide insight into building, and maintaining, a cybersecurity program for the SMB.  This will include discussions of GRC challenges for the small businesses approach with limited resources. The SMB faces the same type of cybersecurity challenges as larger enterprises without the same resources.  This session will discuss GRC from the SMB perspective and building a cybersecurity program that is right-sized for the organization.  The session will discuss governance, risk, and compliance specifically from the SMB perspective.  Including how outsourced MSSP and fractional CISO engagements can be managed.
