Jim Broome is a seasoned IT/IS veteran with more than 25 years of experience in information security, blending consultative and operational expertise. At DirectDefense, Jim oversees daily operations and provides guidance and direction for the company�s service offerings.

Previously, he served as Director at AccuvantLABS, leading security assessments and building a team of consultants, and as Principal Security Consultant with ISS�s X-Force penetration testing team.

Jim has authored and delivered training programs, including the CheckPoint CCSA/CCSE/CCSI courses and client-focused workshops, demonstrating his commitment to advancing industry knowledge and expertise.
