Alison is U.S. Bank's in-house Technology and Cyber Counsel with OCCIP-sponsored TS/SCI security clearance. She provides expert legal and business advice to the cyber, data governance, and tech risk management (compliance) departments of a technology-forward financial institution. She brings a breadth of experience that includes congressional affairs and legislative drafting, workplace investigations, law enforcement investigations, regulatory and statutory compliance, crisis management and communication, sexual harassment prevention and response, criminal litigation, ethics, and contract interpretation.
