Laura Harder is a cybersecurity leader with over 24 years of experience spanning military service, government, and private sectors. She is a Director at Kaiser Permanente and proudly serves as the Operations Flight Commander in the Air Force Reserves.
As a passionate advocate for cybersecurity awareness and inclusion, Laura is the founding president of the Northern Colorado ISSA chapter and serves on the ISSA International Board. She has delivered 25+ presentations nationwide, including on AI Governance, AI, deepfakes, cloud security, and cyber espionage. She is committed to mentoring emerging professionals, championing neurodiversity, and promoting a more inclusive cyber workforce.
