She is currently VP, Cybersecurity at the Walt Disney Company. Prior to Disney, Shakira has also served as Deputy CISO at Costco, Senior Director of Security and Risk at Expedia and Oracle. Outside of her role, she also serves as a Cybersecurity Advisor to Enterprise Ireland and up-and-coming Irish cybersecurity starrt-ups. Shakira graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Computer Science, and also holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
